Meal experiences are always special times at St. Jacobs Place. Every resident has her or his own history of meal favorites but they come here, united in their anticipation of experiencing food selected and prepared in ways that is expected in this area of Southern Ontario.
Good old-fashioned home cooked meals are a standard feature of our in house kitchen. Our Culinary Manager, Amanda Froese, sources fresh ingredients using her skills to prepare hearty and healthy meals.
Fresh, high quality, nutritious meals are prepared every day of the year in our on-site open kitchen. Three meals, with menu options, are served in our well-appointed, bright Dining Room.
Additionally we provide a 24-hour snack service in that same dining room. The snack bar is complete with fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, daily fresh baked pastries, hot and cold cereals, yogurts, cottage cheese, juices, coffee and tea.
Adjoining the main dining room is our beautiful, cozy private dining room. This area accommodates up to 10 people and is frequently reserved for special events such as birthdays, anniversaries or dining with family and friends.
