This position is approximately 35-40hrs per week spread over 4 locations within the village. The ideal candidate would possess good communication skills, be senior friendly, flexible and have a wide variety of skills/experience related to handyman jobs. This position does include some light lifting. weekend Dietary/Housekeeping Attendant for our Retirement Home in St Jacobs, that has a focus on “Enriching Lives”. This position is also open for students or other, looking to gain experience or work in health care as well as customer service. We provide all training in house
and in turn can also offer skills that you may be looking to develop or expand on in the health care field. This position is every second weekend with the possibility of picking up extra shifts over holidays and/or in the future. We are a privately owned operation with a “family” type working environment. We would be looking for someone that has the ability to work within a team environment as well as unsupervised. This person must be compassionate and motivated, punctual, dependable and patient. We are looking for a responsible Part-time Night ATTENDANT Position to join our team here at St Jacobs Place that will work with us in Enriching the Lives of our residents and each other. This person must be passionate about providing service for others and have the capability of working under pressure. This role focuses on providing care services to our resident’s in the Night and working as a team member with other staff. The position is approximately 56hrs biweekly, with an opportunity to pick up other shifts. We are looking to fill the position immediately with the person best suited for the position. Training is provided. Up to date first aid CPR certificate and experience a definite asset. Flexibility, compassion, organized, efficient, diligent, patient and attention to detail are some of the qualities we are seeking in a candidate.
